1. Quiz tool "Quiz Manager" with prize draw function used by the "Tourism Authority of Thailand" since 2013

The professional quiz tool "Quiz Manager" was first used in 2013 by the "Tourism Authority of Thailand" for the "Amazing Thailand online contest" to arouse the interest of new customers in Thailand as a tourist destination on the Portuguese market. Since then, the online Thai contest has delighted thousands of participants every year and successfully promoted Thailand as a holiday destination.

As an incentive for participation, tempting Thailand-related prizes will be raffled off, such as a dream trip to Thailand, vouchers for Thai restaurants, massage studios, as well as literature and other themed products that stimulate interest in Thailand.

 

2. New question blocks every week

The “Amazing Thailand online contest” takes place over a period of 5 weeks. A new question block of 8 questions is published every week. All participants will receive an automatic email from the quiz tool as a reminder.

Each question can be illustrated with a picture. According to the American selection process, the participant can select one of several answers as the "correct" one. The participant can also answer a question later and move on to the next question. Question blocks from other weeks / chapters can also be viewed and changed at any time on the quiz tool.

 

3. Solution and statistics at the end of the quiz

At the end of the contest, participants no longer have access to the questions, but can view their answers on the quiz tool and check that they are correct.

Participants are also shown statistics about their participation in numbers and graphics.

4. Qualification for online raffle

The quiz can also be used as qualification for a subsequent online raffle. To do this, participants must have answered a predefined percentage, e.g. 80%, of the questions correctly.

 

5. Online raffle with prizes

Different prizes (1st prize, 2nd prize, etc.) can be defined for the raffle. In the online raffle, a winner is selected for each prize from the qualified participants by a random generator. The draw is made in descending order from the last to the 1st prize.

 

6. Additional rewards for event participants

Events can also be held for advertising purposes. For example, the “Tourism Authority of Thailand” invites people to the raffle for the Thailand Festival every year and entices participants with a second raffle in which only guests present can take part. This turns online events into local events and personal contacts are made.
